Deposits
Due to the volume of queries from guests, a deposit must be given to secure a room for the duration of your stay. The current rate is 25% of the total cost of the stay and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
This deposit will be deducted from the final amount paid at the end of your stay.
Cancellations
Cancellations can occur up to 2 days in advance of the commencement of a stay.
If a stay is longer than 2 days, a cancellation can be made for any days more than 2 days into the future.
The full charge will apply to any days within two days of the cancellation notice, and the host and hostess reserve the right to fill the room once a cancellation notice has been given.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival can occur at any time after 2pm of the day the stay commences. Earlier arrival must be agreed in advance, and may allow guests access to communal rooms only until 2pm.
Departure must occur at any time prior to 11am the day the stay ends. Later departure can be arranged dependent on other guests and storage of luggage.
Use of the site facilities other than the room are permitted until 6pm of the day the stay ends.
Behaviour
While La Gineste has no strict policy regarding the behaviour of guests, guests are reminded that the B&B is a tranquil and calming place.
Fun and games are allowed, however loud and rowdy behaviour is frowned upon.
